You will learn: What patterns 1 to 7 are and how to apply them in interior design and architecture projects. Scientific evidence showing how direct presence of nature reduces stress, increases well-being, and improves productivity. Practical metrics to diagnose and measure the quality of connection with natural elements. Real examples of application in homes, offices, schools, and urban spaces. By the end, you will have tools to diagnose and implement biophilic strategies that bring immediate benefits to health, comfort, and user experience.
